Scott helped me become quicker and stronger
“I first saw Scott in June of 2007. I carried 102 lbs on a slender 5’6” frame. He explained to me that strengthening my “core” would help with my explosiveness on the basketball court and my ability to start, stop and change directions quickly.
When basketball season started, I jumped on the scales and discovered that I had gained 10 pounds and most of it was lean muscle! I couldn’t have been happier! I not only was stronger and faster, but I had put on enough muscle to be able to play at the varsity level without getting pushed around. I was named the team’s Defensive Player of the Year and I owe a lot of that success to Scott for making me a quicker, stronger basketball player. I was also awarded the Northern Kentucky Coaches Division I Miss Hustle award and was an ICN Player of the Week.
I can’t thank him enough and my plans are to work with Scott again during the summer to get even stronger. Thanks, Scott!”
