  • Jake grew up an athlete playing a variety of sports until focusing on his love for the game of Rugby. In order to improve his ability to play the sport and shed some unnecessary weight, Jake began researching and implementing several fitness and nutrition strategies. Through this pursuit he discovered a real passion for fitness, especially after seeing the positive effects fitness had on is game and more importantly his life off of the pitch. He made it his mission to pass along the knowledge he gained through his own experience and to never stop learning/growing himself. Jake wants to help others be more in tune with the way their body moves, functions, and reacts to their environmental choices. He is certain that anyone can reach their goals when given the right information and guidance.

Experience:

  • As captain of the University of Cincinnati Men’s Rugby team, Jake ran the clubs strength and conditioning program. While working as an engineer and playing rugby for the Cincinnati Wolfhounds, he used his free time to help others achieve their personal fitness goals while studying to obtain his personal training certificate. Jake realized that this was his true passion and left his position to pursue a career in the fitness industry. He likes to think of himself as an engineer of the human body, taking the same detailed approach to the well-being of others. Whether you’re an athlete looking to advance your abilities or a parent who wants to do more with their kids; Jake loves the opportunity to help others improve their health, longevity, and quality of life.
