Brady Neltner

Cincinnati Functional Fitness Personal Trainer

Brady was born and raised just outside of Cincinnati in a small town called Maineville, Ohio. Growing up, he stayed active by playing basketball in recreational leagues with his friends. During high school, he developed a passion for weightlifting, which quickly became one of his favorite hobbies. Through fitness, Brady became fascinated by the powerful impact exercise can have on overall health and quality of life. He is especially passionate about how physical activity can help prevent and manage chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, and many others. His interest in health and fitness inspired him to pursue a career where he could make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Brady enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping individuals work toward their personal health and fitness goals. He is excited to be part of the team at Cincinnati Functional Fitness and looks forward to helping clients become stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves.
