Hailey Petersen

Cincinnati Functional Fitness Personal Trainer

Hailey is an ACE certified personal trainer from beautiful Vancouver Island, Canada. She immigrated to the U.S. with a dream of building a better life, and through that journey, learned the true meaning of resilience and perseverance. Every challenge taught her the power of starting fresh and staying committed, and now brings that same drive and energy to her clients, helping them to overcome their own obstacles and transform their lives. She believes health is about balance. Body, mind, and spirit, and that every small change you make contributes to a larger transformation. She has a passion for working with older adults, helping them regain strength, improve mobility, and build confidence at any stage of life.
Whether you’re new to fitness, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to feel better in your body, she’s here to support you every step of the way.

EXPERIENCE
With a background in competitive softball and hockey, she understands discipline, resilience, and the importance of pushing limits. Before becoming a personal trainer, she worked in long-term care, as well as in-home private care, where she saw firsthand how movement can help people regain their independence, reduce pain, and improve their overall well being. This experience inspired her to take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing not just on physical strength but also on emotional and mental healing.
