Paul grew up in southeast Indiana. From the time Paul could walk he had either a baseball or basketball in his hands. As he grew up his passion for sports and fitness grew with him. In high school he was injured which introduced him to athletic trainers and physical therapists. Due to their kindness as well as the process of rehab and strength training, he decided to go into Athletic Training in at Ball State University. After a short time, he understood that his love for fitness, how the body moved, and passion to help others achieve their own fitness goals was better achieved through Exercise Science. Paul knows that that fitness is fun and enjoyable, but also demanding and hard work.
